Alec Gray ’54 passed away April 27 in Monticello, Minnesota. Born in Washington, D.C., Alec attended school in Virginia and graduated from Mercersburg Academy in 1950.

Peter Max Kenyon ’54 passed away on June 24 in Naples, Florida. He was born in Hackensack, New Jersey, and attended Ridgewood High School.

William Edward Rex ’54 passed away on May 26, in Asheville, North Carolina.

Charles Harrison Warner ’55 of New York City died on May 22. He is survived by his wife, Julia, and children Anne, Chas, Christopher, Colin, Megan, Perry, Sean, and William.

David Alan Jenkins ’57 of Burlington, Vermont, passed away on May 29 surrounded by his family. Dave graduated from Burlington High School.

Ervin Phillips ’57 died on June 28 in the care of hospice. Erv was born shortly after his twin brother, George, in Essen, Germany.

John W. Roberts ’57 died of a blood infection on May 21. John graduated from Mt. Hermon School in Gill, Massachusetts.

John G. Tansey ’57 passed away on March 11. Jack was born in Tampico, Mexico.

September-October 2024

John R. Chamberlain ’63 died on June 4 of complications from Parkinson’s disease. John came from a Dartmouth family, including a grandparent, his father, and uncles.

David L. Collyer ’63 died on May 14. He was born in Boston and attended Dennis-Yarmouth (Massachusetts) Regional High School, where he participated in orchestra, band, and golf.
