Warren Dixon Taylor ’48

Warren Dixon Taylor ’48 died in Wesley Chapel, Florida, on April 17. He came to Dartmouth in 1944 from King School at the age of 16 and spent a year in the Navy before returning for his degree in history. He was a member of Delta Kappa Epsilon and Sphinx. He roomed with Hank Mueller ’48 and they stayed close friends until Hank died in 2006. On graduation “Mouse” joined Yale & Towne until 1959 with a 13-month recall to the Navy for Korea. Mouse then moved to Florida and started a business furnishing hardware to contractors for new construction. Mouse really never retired but continued in the hardware business almost until his death. He managed Little League teams for many years and was a regular at class reunions. He is survived by Rosie and sons Gregory and Stephen.
