Martin Kraidin ’60

Martin Kraidin ’60 died on April 26. He was born February 11, 1932, in the Bronx to the late Helen and Alexander Kraidin. Martin graduated from Dartmouth, where he was a member of Tau Epsilon Phi, Delta Psi Delta, and the Glee Club. He went on to get his D.D.S. from the University of Pennsylvania and his M.S.D. from Columbia University. He opened his own practice as a periodontist in Roslyn, New York, and then moved and for many years practiced in Miami. In Miami he served 16 years as an admissions volunteer and ambassador for the College. He attended the recent class of 1960 reunion in Key West, where he greeted and was remembered by old friends. Martin enjoyed painting, the arts, and travel. He is survived by his wife of 30 years, Lynn; children Jonathan ’87, Adam, Elizabeth, Julie, and Stephen; and grandchildren Danielle, Sydney, Jayden, Ariella, Zachary, and Erica.
