Class Note 2022. Kevin Alexander spends summers as a mountain guide with International Mountain Guides, along with Max Bond ’20. They don’t just work together—they also are in a band, The Garden Street Boys, with Kevin on lead vocals and banjo and Max on keyboards, performing original music written by Kevin and covers of various artists. Kevin released an EP, Up the Hill, Take a Right, in December 2025 including original songs “Green Mountain Bound,” “Glaciers and the Rain,” and “Coulda Been,” along with beloved classics such as “I’ll Fly Away” and “The Crawdad Song.” Kevin splits his time between Bellingham, Washington, and the mountains of the world, having summited Denali, Mount Rainier, Pico de Orizaba, Lobuche, and more.
