Class Note 1995

Issue

March - April 2026

Class Note 1995. As I write this column for a December 28 deadline—my first in a few months, thanks to my fabulous co-secretary Beth Webster—2025 is winding down and the promise of a New Year is just around the corner. I’m looking forward to my older daughter’s high school graduation this spring and wishing her as meaningful a college experience as I was fortunate to have at Dartmouth with all of you. What are you excited for in 2026?
Megan Galvin looks forward to spending time with family and friends. She writes from New York City, where she’s lived since graduation: “Things are good here. I’m an operating partner at a private equity firm focused on lower middle market business-to-business services companies; we activated our fourth fund in December. My husband, who does biomedical research at Rockefeller University, recently coauthored his 49th paper. My older daughter graduated University of Miami in 2024 and is a paralegal at a small law firm here in N.Y.C. and my younger daughter is studying environmental engineering at the University of Washington in Seattle.”
A highlight of 2026 for Nadia Bowers will be the publication of her firstbook. “It’s a memoir about my sister, who died of a fentanyl overdose in 2015, our relationship, and my DIY investigation into finding the person who sold her the drugs that killed her.” Dear Dealer will be published by Gallery, a division of Simon & Schuster, on September 15.
Mark your calendars: The 95th day of the year is coming up on Sunday, April 5. Keep an eye out for a mini-reunion near you. Better yet, if you’d like to host a class gathering, our class has a budget and will help with promotion, so please reach out to our mini-reunion chairs, Tara Gulla and Jared Sprole, at taraleighgulla@gmail.com and jksprole01@aol.com.
Has it been a minute (or perhaps ever) since your update has been in the magazine? Beth and I would love to hear from you! And if there’s someone you’re curious about or you’re hoping to see featured in the column for one reason or another, we’d like to know that, too. Reach out anytime.
I hope you and yours are finding 2026 filled with joyful moments and great memory-making. Keep your news coming!
