Class Note 2000. Greetings, ’00s. Thanks to Mary K. Mulcahey, M.D., for reaching out with an update. She writes: “I’m an orthopedic sports medicine surgeon at Loyola University Medical Center, which is just west of Chicago. My husband, Luis, and our kids Kate (16) and Tadeo (12) moved to the Chicago area in 2023, when I was recruited to Loyola to be chief of sports medicine. My clinical practice focuses largely on shoulder and knee arthroscopy and treating various sports medicine injuries. I also wanted to share that I recently launched a podcast called Lead Change, which focuses on leadership in medicine. I’ve released seven episodes so far. I have a great time interviewing my guests, and I’m learning a lot of great leadership lessons in the process. I’m excited to share this information with all listeners.
