Class Note 1992

Issue

November-December 2025

Class Note 1992. Here are more reports of classmates’ experiences overseas, starting with updates from your ’92 cosecretaries!
John McWilliams wrote: “While I still live in Dallas, my daughter, Reilly, who went to undergrad in Scotland and currently lives in London, just got engaged. She set the date for next July in the English countryside, so my semi-annual trips will be much more frequent during the next year as I help her plan the wedding.”
Kelly Shriver wrote: “I spent three magical and wild weeks in Scotland in August. The first week I worked at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, stage managing We’ll Get Back to You, a play by Rob Bell (Love Wins), directed by Kristin Hanggi (Romy & Michele and Rock of Ages on Broadway), and developed by Iowa-based Crooked Path Productions. I also met up with Claire Feuille ’18 (plus dad Jim ’79, who teaches at Tuck) and Steph Greenwood ’15, who have brought several shows to the Fringe as actors, producers, and writers! Thies Kolln joined me before our final performance, then we visited Glasgow. We just missed Lisa Huff Henrich, who caught some Fringe shows with her son, C.J. ’24, who was in grad school in Edinburgh.”
Andrew Rotenberg wrote: “I was sent to London in 1997 on a six-month work assignment and I never left, becoming a partner at Jones Day. My wife is from the United Kingdom, and we along with our three children continuously navigate the mix of New York and London cultures in our house. Technology has made it easy to stay in touch with family and friends in the United States and to keep up with American news and sports, although I have also embraced the local sports scene by regularly going to Arsenal matches and taking my youngest son to his rugby and water polo games.”
John Milne wrote: “It was great to meet up with fellow classmate and UAE resident Samantha Schnee in Abu Dhabi this month to discuss setting up the new Dartmouth club along with her husband, Michael Hafner ’89. Lots of reminiscing and joining the dots!”
Finally, thanks to our outgoing Alumni Council representative Jennifer Miller and welcome to Sally Davis (who’s also our class projects liaison)!
Sally wrote: “Hello, ’92s! As your new Alumni Council rep my ears are open to you through a variety of channels. Please feel uninhibited to send me your questions and feedback (davisasally@gmail.com) and know that I will also reach out to you in line with the Alumni Council schedule. I am on its lifelong learning committee. As your rep I will serve as an ambassador for Dartmouth and a liaison between the College and alumni; solicit feedback and questions from constituents to share with College and council leadership; be up to speed on Dartmouth news, happenings, and priorities and share what I know; inspire alumni volunteerism and engagement with Dartmouth through committees; and participate in meetings to keep informed and engaged with Alumni Council information. It is an honor to serve our class in this new capacity.”
