Class Note 2001

Issue

May-June 2023

Hello ’01 family, which continues to expand!

Sean Alpert and his wife, Emily, welcomed their second daughter, Talia, to the world in November. According to Sean, “Big sister Maya is still a bit skeptical,” but here’s to hoping that is working itself out at this point.

We have had at least one Hanover visitor in the past few months, and I know there are more out there. Jane Parkin Kullman traveled to a quiet campus this past December to see the Mandayin exhibit of Aboriginal bark paintings at the Hood Museum. (Side note: The Hood Museum has had some great exhibitions recently, providing a solid justification for a journey to your alma mater.) While there, the family also visited favorite local haunts such as Lou’s and Ramunto’s and walked through Baker Library. Jane also recently became a diplomate of the American Board of Toxicology, which is a professional certification for toxicology and risk assessment. Congratulations to both Jane and Sean!
