Charles G. Nessler Jr. ’58

Charles G. Nessler Jr. ’58, Th’59, passed away June 27, 2023, after living his entire life in Chester, Connecticut. Charlie was in the Dartmouth-Thayer five-year program and graduated with an A.B. and M.S. in mechanical engineering. He went on to get a law degree at University of Connecticut and worked as a patent attorney at United Technologies in Hartford, Connecticut. He died of MDS and VEXAS, a rare inflammatory disease identified only in 2020. Charlie is survived by his sister, Suellen, and cousin Douglas Hannah ’05.
