Briscoe Baldwin Lang ’55


Briscoe Baldwin Lang ’55 died peacefully June 6 after a short illness. He came to Dartmouth from Glen Ridge, New Jersey. Briscoe was a geography major, a member of Beta Theta Pi and Dragon and participated in the Sailing Club and the Air Force ROTC. After graduation he spent three years as an Air Force pilot and then settled in Connecticut, where he held several jobs in sales and as a programmer, living many years in Newtown. “Brio” is survived by his wife, Marilyn, a daughter, two sons, three grandchildren and brother William “Bud” ’51. Services were held on June 14.
