Paul W. Quinlan ’60

Paul W. Quinlan ’60 passed away after a long illness on December 28, 2020, at Riverbend Rehabilitation Center in his hometown of Natick, Massachusetts. Paul was the beloved husband of Nancy and devoted father of three children and four stepchildren. Paul was born in 1938 in Natick. Following graduation Paul entered the Society of Jesus and earned a master’s in theology from Boston College. As a seminarian he taught philosophy at Holy Cross College and began a lifelong project of music composition, initially focused on psalms and later on contemporary Christian works. He was the recording director and talent manager at a liturgical publishing company in Phoenix for many years. He is survived by Nancy, three children and their families, eight grandchildren, one great-grandchild, and many nieces and nephews.
