John Philip Wildman ’47 died on July 7 in Bethlehem, Connecticut. He grew up in Oakville, Connecticut, attended nearby Waterville High School and was assigned to Dartmouth in the naval V-12 program. He majored in history and joined Sigma Alpha Epsilon. After service in the Navy in the Atlantic and Mediterranean, he joined Anaconda American Brass in Bethlehem, where he rose to become general credit manager. He retired in 1983 but, out of boredom, returned to work for Ensign Bickford and White Flower Farm. He is survived by two children.
