David Ferguson ’44 died March 3. Born in Colby, Kansas, in 1921, he was preceded in death by his son William and his first wife, Marguerite MacDonald. At Dartmouth Dave was a philosophy major who cited Professor Phillip Wheelwright, his philosophy professor in 1946, as a positive influence. After graduating Dartmouth Dave returned to his hometown to work in the family-owned bank. In 1963 he moved to Denver and served as vice president of Midwestern Financial Corp. Survivors include his wife, Lois, a son and two daughters.
