Daniel Jackson Donahue ’44 passed away on March 20, 2015. He was born in Lowell, Massachusetts. After graduating Dartmouth he served with the U.S. Navy during WW II and earned a law degree. Dan was a venture capitalist whose interests included owning the Atlanta Braves baseball team, where he served as president until the subsequent sale of the franchise to Ted Turner. His wife, Marilyn, survives him, as do three children.
