Seymour Edwin Wheelock ’40, M.D., died in Taos, New Mexico, on December 26, 2012. He came to Dartmouth from East Denver High in Colorado and went on to graduate from Northwestern University School of Medicine in 1944.

Alan J. Johnson ’40 (formerly Allen Julian Stein) of New York City died August 28, 2009. He came to Dartmouth from the Milwaukee Country Day School. Alan majored in English and was a member of Junto and Ledyard Canoe Club.
