Class Note 2009. Katie Dutko moved to Hanoi, Vietnam, from Ethiopia with her family in September. They’ll be there for several years while she oversees humanitarian relief and development programs in Vietnam and Cambodia for the international nongovernmental organization she works for. Katie, husband Ben, and kids Vera and Remi are looking forward to exploring Vietnam and Southeast Asia and would be thrilled to welcome any visitors—get in touch if you’re in the area! Alan Hess married Andrea Patton at a ceremony in Boston on May 9. Anirudh Jangalapalli, Randall Maas, Dominic Machado, and John Zaleski all served as groomsmen and were joined at the wedding by Jodi Guinn, Sarah Part, Laura Quinby, and Matthew Schlossberger. After working for the European Investment Bank on clean-tech projects, Johannes Lohmann recently joined the European Commission to work on the new Industrial Decarbonization Bank, which will have a budget of €100 billion to help decarbonize Europe’s industry.
