Richard J. Hyman ’49


Richard J. Hyman ’49 died in Scottsdale, Arizona, his winter home, on December 27, 2009. Dick came to Dartmouth from Hillhouse High in New Haven, Connecticut, and made his home in North Haven, Connecticut, after serving in the Navy. He played baseball for Dartmouth and was a member of Pi Lambda Phi. Dick’s career was in financial services and he retired as regional manager for Drexel Burnham Lambert. He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Suzanne, and sons Robert ’78, James and William.
