Edward Kennard Scott ’54


Edward Kennard Scott ’54 passed away on March 27 in Sechelt, British Columbia. Ed came to Dartmouth from Buffalo, New York, where he attended Ridley College. At Dartmouth he majored in classical civilization and he was a brother of Sigma Chi and a member of Green Key. Ed was in military service, serving in the Army Counterintelligence Corps from 1954 to 1957. He then entered a business career in insurance in Toronto. In 1976 he moved to Vancouver, British Columbia. He was active in the North Shore Power Squadron, the British Columbia Shrine Association and Rotary. Ed is survived by his children Gregg, Valerie and Kate.
