Robert C. Brown ’55

Robert C. Brown ’55 passed away in Torrance, California, on October 10, 2021. He is survived by his wife, Betty, and stepchildren Sharon, Stephen, Larry, and Tim. Rob came to Dartmouth from Roselle, New Jersey, and was a graduate of Lawrenceville Academy. He majored in geography and was a member of Chi Phi. After graduation Rob went to California to pursue a successful career as production manager of Merle Norman Cosmetics and representative of Principle Plastics in Torrance. Rob was an active volunteer for the Alumni Fund. He also tutored elementary school children and was a docent for the Huntington Library and the J. Paul Getty Museum.
