Students Utilize E-scooters on Campus

Students breeze quickly across campus on e-scooters, some capable of going faster than 20 mph.

Walk, bike, and now … scoot? Students at Dartmouth College have embraced electric scooters to zip across campus. They provide a quiet, efficient, and fun method of transportation, viewable on the Green on any given day. Because of fire concerns, the College has adopted rules for storage and charging. They cannot be left unattended in egress pathways such as hallways, stairwells, and porches.
