Class Note 2007
Hello, ’07s. I hope everyone is doing fabulously! I am happy to report some of the exciting and interesting news from a few of our classmates.
Karan Danthi is in San Francisco, working for Hellman & Friedman, a private equity firm. He recently got engaged to Ishna Berry, a Princeton ’08. They had a big party in Dubai, Karan’s hometown, attended by Chris Bertrand and Nedko Kychukov. He is headed to Harvard Business School in the fall and is excited to reconnect with Dartmouth folks in Boston.
Katie Amato is heading to Mexico to continue her research. She is also very excited to report that she is engaged to Samuel Morales. Congratulations!
Ivy Pruss is now attending film school at USC. Last semester she directed her first short film in addition to producing and editing a short documentary on the captain of the women’s Olympic water polo team. And she moonlights for the gourmet mac ’n’ cheese food truck that her parents own!
Finally, Kevin Hudak organized the ’07 mini-reunion at the Canoe Club during Winter Carnival. The event drew about 20 ’07s, a few significant others and non-’07 alums. A few ’07s also got together for a young-alum pong tournament in Washington, D.C. Those who attended include Nik Nartowicz, Neil Hartz, Lauren Flannery and Christina Luccio.
Cheers to the newly engaged, pong and mac ’n’ cheese!
